Finally got the clean with 106lb kettlebell

Mike Mahler was the one who originally taught me how to work with heavy KBs.

Hi there, just wanted to commend your efforts with this blog. I host a kettlebell resource site featuring a list of all gyms with kettlebells.

There is no cost to be listed. If your readers own (or know of) gyms that offer kettlebell training, please contact me at jeff@liftkettlebells.com

Anything you can do to spread the word throughout Crossfit is much appreciated.

Thanks!
Jeff

Thanks for the encouraging words!
GOD willing & a lot of hard work, the progess will continue.
Working with the big KBs is kind of like the title of a very old movie, "The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly".
Some days go better than others.
