Same goal, but used barbell plates for this workout

To be able to get the intermediate weights I need during this workout,, barbell plates were used. However, the goal is till to be able to do this with the 48kg/106lb kettlebell.
Here's my 2nd workout as I humbly begin working on this difficult goal.

Had to set another goal!

I picked two KB exercises I am not too good at (yet) for my New Years goal.
My left arm is still not quite fully healed, but it's far enough along to at least begin. Time to get to work!
